I’m a software development engineering executive with 26 years of experience in Consumer and B2B solutions including desktop, mobile, Enterprise, and SaaS delivery vehicles.
I have a track record of quality improvement, on-time delivery, building strong teams, and innovative ideas.
Among other responsibilities, I just completed a turnaround of the Project Portfolio Management engineering team at CA. By focusing on teamwork, accountability, transparency, and key performance indicators we were able to deliver software to the field for the first time in four years on time, on scope, and on quality.
I spent 17 years at Adobe building the Acrobat and Livecycle businesses from the ground up including several strategic acquisitions. My years at Adobe have taught me to listen to the voice of the customer and build easy-to-use relevant solutions.
If you had one thing you could immediately change in your Engineering organization, what would it be?
